Anyone who really knows me knows that I love Oysters. I love them raw or cooked in my very old family recipe. So when I found this tidbit of advice, I was ecstatic! Eating oysters is good for my hair. They are high in zinc, which is a potent antioxidant. Okay, so maybe you’re not a fan of oysters. Well, there are a few other food items that you can choose from that will add more zinc to your diet. Whole grains, nuts, beef, and lamb are excellent choices.
